日本伊藤忠商事株式会社、上海塔汇经济联合总公司共同出资组成。1995年12月取得企业法人营业执照，1996年5月开始试生产。
　　本公司微型马达以其优越的性能被世界各地的客户应用于不同的高科技领域。我们的直流微型马达适用于机电设备，例如无线电控制的高级玩具、医疗器械、办公自动化、音响设备、光学结构、移动通信领域（例如：传呼机、移动电话，以便其结构更紧密，体积小型化）。我们的微型马达深得客户信赖。高科技含量的产品满足多方位的需求，我们提供直径4mm～22mm无铁芯马达。

　　Shanghai CIK Precision motor Co.,Ltd.(S.CIK),a Sino-Japan joint venture company has been established on Dec,1995 by C.I.KASEI CO.,Ltd.Itochu corporation.Tahui town economy united general company.It is located at No.398 Minta Road Songjiang Shanghai.It has 11,000 square meter.

　　S.CIK's excellency in the field of micro motor can meet the requirements of our customers all over the world.Our DC micro motors have been used as parts of electronic devices such as radio-controlled toys.Medical apparatus and instrument,office automation,audio-visual products,optical instruments and mobile communication and mobile communication equipment (such as pagers and mobile phones).We are trusted by our customers of micro motor.We provide various motor to satisfy the requirement of our customer with our considerable Know-how.We can provide various coreless motors from 4mm diameter to 22mm diameter.
